Eastbrooke Medical Centres uses a state-of-the-art online booking system called AutoMed Connect. It’s designed to simplify booking and has features that allow you to easily manage your Eastbrooke appointments.

The best way to make and manage your appointments is by downloading the mobile app. Follow these simple steps:

1. Download the app AutoMed Connect from your app store or follow either of the following links:

2. Open the app – Search and select Eastbrooke Chisholm Family Practice.

3. Complete a once-off registration by entering your details and agreeing to the T&Cs – tap Register.

4. You will receive a once-off SMS code, enter it and verify. You will then be registered and see the Home Page each time you open the app, from which you can view and manage existing appointments and make new appointments for you and your family
