Kathryn is an experienced Clinical Psychologist having worked for several years with adults, adolescents, and children and families in diverse settings including community mental health, inpatient mental health units, rehabilitation services, specialized services for youth, and private practice.
Kathryn provides confidential therapy and counseling addressing a range of issues, including mood and anxiety difficulties, stress, illness management, pre and post-natal issues, trauma, substance use problems, sleep difficulties, interpersonal or workplace conflict, and grief and bereavement. She uses a range of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-integrated therapies.
Kathryn is fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. She is a member of the Australian College of Clinical Psychologists, the Anxiety Disorder Practitioner’s Network, the Australian College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (ACCBT), and The NSW Hearing Voices Network. She is an approved provider of Medicare Clinical Psychology services and Workcover.
