Eastbrooke Medical Centres offers two convenient locations to the Gold Coast community which are situated at Burleigh Waters and Southport.
The Eastbrooke Family Clinic Burleigh Waters opened on May 4 2015 within Burleigh Homespace, located at Shop 8, 1 Santa Maria Court. In addition to a range of friendly and professional doctors and nurses, our Burleigh “Health Hub” also offers additional services to patients such as pathology, psychology, physiotherapy, dietetics, podiatry, exercise physiology, occupational therapy. The centre is family friendly and provides baby change facilities together with a large children’s play area. The centre is open 7 days a week and offers an onsite pharmacy, together with ample parking for patient convenience.

The Eastbrooke Family Clinic Southport is Eastbrooke Medical Centres 16th Medical Clinic and is due to open its doors on Tuesday 4 October 2016. The new Southport “Health Hub” will feature ten GP consulting rooms, a spacious treatment room and a dedicated procedure room, the centre will also house specialised clinics including a PRP Clinic (Platelet Rich Plasma) in addition to the Gold Coast Women and Children’s Clinic, the second of its kind available on the Gold Coast, with its sister clinic located at the Eastbrooke Family Clinic Burleigh Waters.
The new Southport clinic will be located at 45-49 Nind Street, and distanced only 700m to popular waterfront and recreational parklands. Ample on-site parking will be available to patients, together with a convenient pharmacy. The centre will be open 6 days a week and provide a team of experienced male and female general practitioners and registered nurses, in addition to various Allied Health providers including podiatry, hypnotherapy and psychology.

The Eastbrooke Family Clinic Burleigh Waters , together with the Eastbrooke Family Southport offer an internal clinic open to women and children on the Gold Coast. Services include family planning, contraception, antenatal and post-natal care, infant and toddler assessments, adolescent health, seniors health and general women’s health checks.
