Dr Eva Agyagasi has been practising in full time General Practice since 1996. She has worked as a GP in several locations before commencing in the Blacktown area 12 years ago, where she has been in practice since 2002.

She is experienced in Work Cover related health issues. Dr Agyagasi is happy to accept bookings for several types of Health Assessments, e.g. Domiciliary Medication Management Reviews, Healthy Kids Check for 4 year olds who are receiving their 4 year old immunisation, Type 2 diabetes risk evaluation for people aged 40-49 year (inclusive) with a high risk of developing type 2 diabetes or are at risk of developing chronic disease.
