Dr Luisa Ayento-Torres completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before her Doctor of Medicine, specialising in adult medicine overseas. She has previously worked in hospitals on the Central Coast before commencing her practice as a GP in the Mid-North Coast in 2022. She has wide-reaching experience in General Medicine, particularly in preventative health, Chronic Diseases (Cardiovascular health and Diabetes Management) and Geriatrics. She also has a special interest in Mental Health and is expanding her skills in Women’s Health.
Outside of medicine, Dr Ayento-Torres is a contributor writer for a parenting e-magazine. She loves spending time with her family and squeezes in running and strength training on off-duty. Dr Ayento-Torres is fluent in English and Filipino.
