Dr Torres completed a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology before completing a Doctor of Medicine overseas. He then completed Adult Medicine specialty training overseas, specializing in chronic diseases and management. Subsequently, he moved to Australia and worked in hospitals in the Central Coast, New South Wales.

Dr Torres started with General Practice in Gosford and Umina and has been based in the Manning Valley (NSW) region for the past few years.
