Dr Nisha was born and raised in Canberra before moving to Far North Queensland to complete her medical degree at James Cook University in Townsville. She has worked at the Townsville University Hospital and Gold Coast University Hospital. Dr Nisha completed her Fellowship with the RACGP in 2023 and was awarded the Monty Kent Hughes Memorial Medal for achieving the highest score in Australia for the Clinical component of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Fellowship Exams! She also works at Bond University as a medical educator for pre-clinical students.
Dr Nisha enjoys all areas of general practice and has a special interest in Women’s Health, Antenatal Care and Paediatrics. She is currently completing further training in Skin Cancer management and offers skin checks.
Outside of medicine, Dr Nisha enjoys playing cricket, reading, hiking, camping and website design.
