From the 14-January-2012 till 21-January-2012, the Eastbrooke Family Clinic Belmont is the official medical practice supporting the Australian Deaf Games. This is the 1st time the Games have been held outside a major capital city.
The Belmont staff have been to Deakin University to be trained in some basic signing and have placed posters on the reception and treatment room walls showing signing and the deaf alphabet.
We are delighted to be involved with the Australian Deaf Games and look forward to providing first point-of-call treatment should the need arise.
