About

Rebecca Benton commenced working in the health industry in 1997 as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She went on to study and practice remedial massage where she discovered her deep interest for treating and helping people recover from injury.

In 2007 Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy) and then went on to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy. Since becoming a Physiotherapist Rebecca advanced her skills in both Western acupuncture and advanced dry needling. She also went on to complete her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy gaining her the relevant title.

Rebecca has worked both rurally and internationally within the public and private sector. She has also worked with local, national and international sporting teams, including the Commonwealth Games and the World Cup for Australian Indoor Cricket.

Rebecca is passionate about all aspects of health and fitness, has a dancing history of 20+ years, enjoys long-distance running, is a gym junkie and has competed in various fitness tournaments including body building. Her main area of interests are complex or novel conditions but enjoys treating all types of musculoskeletal presentations.
