Patients can be reassured that it is safe to attend regular medical appointments at their local Eastbrooke clinic.

Currently, in Australia, people most at risk of contracting the virus are people who have been to mainland China on or after 1 February 2020 or to Hubei province, China at any time.
If you have been in close contact with someone who has travelled to these regions, please stay at home and avoid public settings for 14 days after your last contact with them.

You should seek medical treatment if you have any of the following symptoms:

• Fever
• Cough
• Fatigue
• Sore Throat
• Shortness of breath

If you need to see a Doctor, please call the practice beforehand so that appropriate preparations can be made for your arrival.
